Checked in on line line at 1000 am told to come in at 250 pm I get there and my name was not on the list. They said they were having computer problems that day and put me on the bottom of the list I finally got called at 4pm. There customer service is awful and there online system does not work. I would not recommend anyone going here.

I was refused service for not having a mask. Stylist at this location did not offer me a disposable mask as advertised on this website. I was told to leave and come back with a mask.

My stylist Emily was great! She was very polite, she immediately introduced herself and listened to exactly what I wanted. She answered all of my questions gave me advice and did a great job. I will continue to go here to her for my stylist she exceeded my expectations. I had never been there before but will never go anywhere else now! And a thank you to the manager who came into my store I work at and was nice and gave me a card for a haircut. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for such great service!!
