Checked in on line line at 1000 am told to come in at 250 pm I get there and my name was not on the list. They said they were having computer problems that day and put me on the bottom of the list I finally got called at 4pm. There customer service is awful and there online system does not work. I would not recommend anyone going here.

I was refused service for not having a mask. Stylist at this location did not offer me a disposable mask as advertised on this website. I was told to leave and come back with a mask.

I don’t recommend... I got a haircut the other day and I didn’t really get what I wanted and there was a bald spot left on my ****ing head and I WAS NOT told about it when they cut that spot of hair off...
